Vintage French Curly Forged Wrought Iron Mail Rack - Mid Century Paris Tile Letter/Art/Postcard Holder by M. Julian - RARE

A fabulous authentic mid-century Parisian charming wrought iron curly rack to hang in your home. This is family owned rare and from Paris in the 1950s/1960s. French provincial rack features beautifully forged black wrought iron with a heavy, classic scrollwork design. The curly, decorative iron frame holds two spacious side slots perfect for sorting daily mail, displaying your favorite artwork cards and vintage postcards, or holding small booklets and notebooks. Right in the center sits a vibrant, glazed ceramic art tile depicting a nostalgic Parisian street scene—complete with a bustling sidewalk cafe and the iconic twin towers of Notre-Dame rising in the distance. The tile is signed "MJ" in the lower right corner, the mark of mid-century commercial artist Michel Julian, whose street scene designs were beloved travel icons for the era. It is perfect at the entrance door, bedroom, boudoir, kitchen or anywhere that takes your fancy. Its lovely and very french.

Condition: In good vintage condition, patina present some paint off in parts on the back and front consistent with age, you may like to give it a one coat paint, I like it as is aged patina. otherwise in sound order
